Good day everyone,
Tis Friday or thereabouts,
Hopefully the review materials had enough triggers in them to write down a few big and small picture ideas.
Make it a great day and bring out your strategy questions.
Good day all,
Very glad to see nice results from promo. Nothing teaches like real life.
Make it an amazing day today!
Very nice to see the words "opt in" being thrown around.
And concern about emails that contain spam triggers....the world it does advance.
Apparantly amazon sold out of the books they originally ordered because it is 1-3 weeks for shipping now. (more books were shipped to amazon today)
Will be interesting!
Good day everyone,
Well you've had a taste of real life internet marketing.
About 80 people from your emails including yourselves went to www.the168hourweek24-7 today. I was anticipating closer to 500 or perhaps 750. Not sure what to make of that.
Next time you do a JV make sure you email everyone in your address book. Mom, Dad, the kid down the street. Almost all internet marketers keep track of exactly who sells books, who mails, what the specific numbers are. People who mail and sell get asked back. People who don't, don't. I call people who don't mail "defectors." In the business they call them something else...
I also want to thank you for the effort that was made by those who really worked on the promo. You know who you are. You can know that I am well aware of who tried like hell. (Effort in lieu of results does matter because you know who is worth taking a chance on in the future.)
You'll continue to see people stopping off at your website now. Not a ton but enough to know that you are no longer in the elementary mode....You are now officially in business.
When I find out about how many books were sold today, I'll let you know. First guess is 400. We sold about 300 going into late morning.
The new audio files are posted at the website.
Much to do this week. Lots of documents coming your way.
You'll want to listen to those files ASAP. They won't be available after the course due to pillaging that happened. And, ask tons of questions.
There are six days remaining in the course. WOW. What a journey!
Make it an amazing day everyone!
Off to a nice start. I've had better and I've had worse.
But things are moving. A large percentage of people want the downloadable audio files for the book and are ordering two copies, worth noting your promo at lunch time.
Make it an amazing day!
ah...here we go....
Plan now to measure how many people come to your website this next week vs. how many actually opt in the first time vs. the second opt in (if you go for a two opt in) then what number download or take advantage of what your product/service is
This will be an excellent look at the entire process of what you'll be doing 1000 times in the future. At each step you'll see on Sunday Night/Monday that you can improve the process SOMEWHERE...and I'm sure you will mid day on Monday figure out how to increase response and follow through. You'll figure out at every step where you went wrong and where you went right.
The real learning experience is not the creating of the product or making the website but of understanding the mind of the person who arrives at your website. When you start to read their mind based upon whether they click or not, you'll make shifts in strategy and by Monday night/Tuesday you'll be getting a higher percentage of people do what you "hope" they will do.
Faster is almost always crucial.
Clunky is deadly.
And a lot people will write me and I will forward the emails about you, to you. (Emails are almost never good news...but they are feedback which helps you have better results)
It's going to be a fascinating experience.
I watch things pretty close in amazon promo's. There's hundreds of people involved with thousands of things that go wrong with buyers, sponsors, my own website, amazon being up or down, amazon registering the book as out of stock or not. The website could collapse under the weight of too many people there. (This happened once and never again. You always pay for space because days like this are the 80 part of the 80/20 rule)
If you don't have space on your website to handle the traffic you MIGHT get, you MIGHT want to find a few extra gigabytes laying around!
There are so many things that can and will happen. All 100% identifiable by clicks and email response.
This is the lesson few people ever get to experience.
Enjoy the process.
Act quickly.
Have fun.
Help make it a great day.
Remember the world is ROUND. I don't "believe" in Karma, but I see "it" happen everyday. Be great to each person that comes to your page.
Have an amazing....day.
Good day everyone.
The doc's I sent today were the balance for the week.
The email I sent that had the System in it was probably one of those top ten....maybe top 5. that will
help you in the thinking process going forward.
make it a great day everyone!
Watch the Pool Table Video(s) for the week that were put up yesterday.
You want what is there....
Good day everyone,
Watch closely for four 15 minute pool table video's to be posted in the next 12 hours.
You can see the results of consistent habitual effort in the rankings.
Now instead of focusing on alexa, it's time to do checks of your google rankings for various keyword combinations. alexa and tool bar rankings will take care of themesleves but now you need to move ....you ....to page one.
Now that you have a finger in the water of generating traffic, it is time to take some real TIME and get a plan on paper for the next 3-9 months. If you do that NOW you just might get people in the group to partner with you on projects in some way or another.
If you wait until after the course I promise human nature will take over, summer vacation and other plans, which are indeed important will become overwhelming and your business aspirations will return to zero with the process of trying to building momentum by yourself....an almost impossible task without one hell of a work ethic.
You have momentum now. You have access to likeminded people, now.The difference between regret and accomplishment....is...
getting stuff done...
do what is hard for a few weeks so you can do what is not as hard for a long, long time.
