For everyone else, congratulations. This is a superb group of people.

Remember, blog alot, if for no other reason to create content. A few days weekly. If you continue on as a team, think in terms of opening money pages. THAT is going to be huge for you guys if you do that everyday for each other and of course, money pages take no time. Just open and shrink then close after you blog. Your team will forgive you if you don't comment but open their blog and other money page each day. (I would!)

Files will remain up for one week so you can listen to anything you missed.

I can't say enough good about you all. You overperformed. The greatest coach in the world is only as good as his team will perform on the field for him. You did done do good.

Please expect, anticipate and assume that numerous projects you take on will fail.

The more projects you do that fail, the more income you will earn.

The fewer projects you do that fail, the closer to broke you will become.

Let failure be OK. Call it feedback if you like, but failure stings. But it really is OK too.

If you let failure be OK, success really does take care of itself.

For those of you with major major stuff going on in your lives, I am so proud that you sucked it up and busted your back side and more importantly so are those you are doing this all for. You win the eternal respective of those who love you and appreciate you, and for what it's worth,....me.

I want to thank Craig who did a super job on the video's. They really gave you guys an amazing jump on the hottest way to create a content management system. Craig is a great guy and he was with you the whole way.

This is such an evolving territory...the internet. Marketing options and opportunities grow and change.

DO find a few things/strategies that work and stick with them, dabbling in the new stuff sporadically. Don't ever feel you have to "know it all." No one can. It's like knowing Encyclopedia Brittanica. It's not possible. And never worry about what you don't know.

And when Digg ticks you off, tick Digg off. Don't get stuck majoring in minors. Do the stuff that will generate traffic and revenue for your projects. Once stuff is flying, play with the other stuff.

I could go on. I will spare you and at 3:45 a.m.,  I will prepare to call it a night I think.

Finally, I know I pushed a few of you really hard, especially early. I do want to apologize if you felt "attitude." There may have been some. But frankly, you were here because I said I would do that....and I attempt to be respectful in all communication while getting the job done for you.

I wish you great success in the coming months and I hope to see you again in this context or one like it! Or better, LIVE in person!
